The Online Expo helps attendees prepare for the Expo Hall at the 2005 NAFSA Conference in Seattle by finding exhibitors you'd be interested in, based on your registration form. Before boarding the plane, you can view company profiles, visit Web sites, and read objectives for the NAFSA 2005 Conference of potential exhibitor matches. Create your own personalized floor plan of exhibitors you
would like to visit in Seattle-print it out or save it to your laptop. Leading up to the conference, you can also e-mail exhibitors or arrange a meeting. Make this year's conference a breeze by doing all the hard work before you even set foot on the plane!

Will all of my contact information be given to exhibitors?
No. Exhibitors will not see your e-mail address, phone number, or fax number. Exhibitors will contact relevant visitors through a web interface that prevents them from seeing your direct e-mail address. The secure environment on the Online Expo ensures we can monitor the level of e-mail communications to you.
What are the benefits of registering?
Registering saves you the time and hassle of searching for exhibitors that match your needs. At the click of a button your registration form populates a shortlist of online booths that match your criteria as well as automatically creating a downloadable floor plan. Receive relevant e-mails from matching exhibitors and invitations to the right meetings and events. Get all of the legwork done before setting foot on the plane!

How do I search within a predefined list?
Once you have made an initial search, the following searches will take place only in the results from the first search. To return to your master list of exhibitors, change the category and country to All.

Use the contact information listed in an exhibitor's Online Expo booth, or click on the link to E-Mail Us.
- Build Floor Plan
Why does my floor plan already have exhibitors listed?
When a visitor registers for the Online Expo, a personalized floor plan is automatically created that includes exhibitors the visitor would be interested in, based on registration form details.
How can I add more exhibitors?
To add more exhibitors, select the names in the alphabetical list on the left-hand side of the page and click Add. (Hold down the Control key to make multiple selections.) The names should then appear in My Floor Plan on the right-hand side.
How can I remove exhibitors?
To remove exhibitors from My Floor Plan, select the name(s) (hold down the Control key to select multiple exhibitors). Click on the Remove button above the list.
